Timchenko buys premium brand wine maker from Abrau-Durso

MOSCOW, Jan 9 (PRIME) -- Russian tycoon Gennady Timchenko has acquired winery Lazurnaya Yagoda, working under the Usadba Divnomorskoye premium brand, from Abrau-Durso for an undisclosed sum, according to the data seen by PRIME on Wednesday.

The net profit of the company amounted to 17.104 million rubles and revenue to 163.92 million rubles in 2017.

According to media reports, a company engaged in winegrowing and called Divnomorye was registered in the Krasnodar Region in August 2017, and Vladimir Kolbin, a partner in Timchenko’s agricultural projects, was said to be the owner.
